Blind School Stories

I decided to start this collection of stories from schools for the blind when a friend sent me a note asking for such stories from those of us who attended the Iowa Braille and Sight Saving School, IBSSS, in Vinton, IA.

So, if you have a favorite story or two or more you want to share, send them to me. I would ask you to adhear to a few rules:

• Be sure to give me your name and the name of the school.

  I plan to post these stories by school. I won't post any stories received anonymously.

• Try not to offend.

  I don't think much more need be said about that.

So let's have some fun, dust off a few memories, and remember the good, or not so good, old days.
